XTREME Split level; Originally designed as a company Display model. Split level cabin starts as our Standard 16 row cabin with 5/12 pitch roof, then transisions to an XTREME 19 row with 12/12 pitch roof, assembled on site.

 Custom built, gable & roof disassembled, numbered, Delivered, then reassembled, on your prepared site by our experienced Menonite delivery crew in ONE DAY!

Materials needed for onsite completion transported inside cabin

Once cabin is set, gable reassembly begins

4" X 8" Ridge beam is installed and attached

 4" X 6" rafters are attched to the ridge beam & side walls

 2" Pine t & g roof sheathing is nailed and gable ends trimmed

 36" ice shield perimeter, vapor barrier and 40 Year Painted Tin roof completion

Custom L shaped wrap around kitchenette, with corner bathroom

 Custom built in Queen over King bunk bed, with roll out drawer beneath, end table & walk in closet
