All of our Log Cabins are Custom built using our time proven methods.

       Each 10' wide adult cabin begins with...

• 4" X 6" .60 Treated Runners (these enable the Cabins to be moved, some localities consider them movable sheds or temporary accessory buildings, and don't tax them.
  

• choice of; 2" Solid Pine tongue & groove flooring or 1 1/2" .60 treated t&g flooring
• 4" X 6" Solid Eastern White Pine rows of tongue & groove D-log wall construction, all hand fitted, butt & pass corners are hand fitted (needed for a tight fit)
• 1" Solid Eastern White Pine tongue & groove roof sheathing,15# felt and 30 year CertainTeed Landmark Premium Designer architectural shingles ( your color choice of 12 colors, manufactured in Milan, Ohio) or opt for the Wheeling Corrugating, 40 Year painted Tin Roof offered in 12 colors, manufactured locally in Martins Ferry, Ohio (US Steel Workers)
  
• Choice of a steel 9 lite door or 32" or 36" custom built Amish wood door, including Amish aromatic eastern Red Cedar interior latch and trim
• Three aluminum windows with screens.
• Interior trimmed in rich Aromatic Eastern Red Cedar, exterior trimmed in rough or smooth Pine.  
• Hunter model: 4 foot porch with overhead loft storage area, with railing, ladder, choice of solid gable, rectangular crank out window with screen,12" fixed window for light and style or Cedar vent 
• Porch; CHOOSE: shorter, longer, or NO PORCH, NO extra charge 
• Cottage model: 3' x 5' side porch or larger, with built in bunk bed, storage cabinet beneath, and small storage loft  above porch
• All exteriors stained with two coats of Premium Sikkens Cetol 1 stain and a final coat of Cetol 23 Plus Sealer and NBS-30 insect repellent

Custom built trailers allow us to deliver your cabin and place it where you want. We must be able to back up to your prepared site, with a full size 3/4 ton 4x4 truck and fifth wheel trailer. Once on your property it is your responsibility to ensure we don't get stuck. Have another 4X4 truck or 4X4 tractor on standby, just in case.
