All of our Log Cabins are Custom built using our time proven methods.

       Each adult cabin starts with...

• 4"x 6" Treated Runners ( allow the Cabins to be moved, some localities consider them movable sheds or temporary accessory buildings, and don't tax them, check with your local building department / tax assessor, and homeowners association)
• 2" Solid Pine tongue & groove flooring
• 4"x 6" Solid Pine rows of tongue & groove D log wall construction, all hand fitted, butt & pass corners which are hand routered (needed for a tight fit)
• 1" Solid Pine tongue & groove roof sheathing,15# felt and 30 year CertainTeed Landmark Premium Designer shingles ( your color choice of 12 colors, manufactured in Milan, Ohio) or opt for the Wheeling Corrugating, painted 40 Year Tin Roof offered in 12 colors, manufactured locally in Wheeling, WV
• Choice of a steel 9 lite door or custom 32" or 36" custom Amish wood door, including Red Cedar interior latch and trim
• Three screened aluminum windows. Interior trimmed in rich Red Cedar, exterior trimmed in rough Pine.  
• Hunter model: 4 foot porch with overhead loft storage area, with railing, ladder and a 12" fixed window for light and style  
• shorter, longer, or NO porch, NO extra charge 
• Cottage model: 3' x 5' side porch or larger, with built in bunk bed, storage cabinet beneath, and small storage loft  above porch
• All exteriors stained with two coats of Premium Sikkens Cetol 1 stain and a final coat of Cetol 23 Plus Sealer

Custom built trailers allow us to deliver your cabin and place it where you want, we must be able to back up to your site.

 We also offer cabin and shed moving services.
