Our Pioneer Playhouse is built with the same quality materials and craftsmanship as our adult Log Cabins

  • 4"x6" Treated runners on cabins 14' and longer
  • 4" x 6" Solid Pine D Log walls, 11rows (14 row adult height optional)
  • 1" Solid Pine tongue & groove roof sheathing, 15# felt, and 30 year CertainTeed Landmark Premium Landmark Designer shingles (your choice of 12 colors or the 40 year Painted Tin roof in 10 colors)
  • 3 screened aluminum windows, interior trimmed in Red Cedar, exterior trimmed in Pine
  • 70" porch with Dutch doors, one adult side door, and gable vent
  • 42" loft  including railing and ladder
  • 2 coats of Premium Sikkens Cetol 1 stain and a finish coat of Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus

Great Playhouse or guest cabin  

We build these as large as 17' x 32' shipped in kit form or half kit. Half kit; we ship the 12' main cabin structure delivered, turn key, with the porch materials pre cut inside for the homeowner, handy man, or our crew can complete on site
  • taller roofs and roof pitch available in kit form only. Too tall to be transported under bridges.
