• 1" Solid Pine tongue & groove roof sheathing, 15# felt, and 30 year CertainTeed Landmark Premium Landmark Designer shingles (your choice of 12 colors or the 40 year Painted Tin roof in 10 colors)
• 3 screened aluminum windows, interior trimmed in Red Cedar, exterior trimmed in Pine
• 70" porch with Dutch doors, one adult side door, and gable vent
• 42" loft  including railing and ladder
• 2 coats of Premium Sikkens Cetol 1 stain and a finish coat of Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus
