Cabins larger than 12 feet wide are custom built, disassembled, numbered, shipped in kit form only, and include, treated runners, solid Pine or Cedar 2" tongue & groove flooring, larger 6" X 6" Solid D Log Pine or Cedar walls, 4" X 6" solid Pine or Cedar rafters, 2" solid Pine or Cedar tongue & groove roof sheathing, solid Pine tie beams, and ridge beam, windows, screens, 15# roofing felt, CertainTeed Landmark Premium Designer 30 year shingles, exterior rough pine trim, aromatic Eastern Red Cedar interior trim, choice of entry door, custom Amish built wooden door; less stain, caulk, nails, delivered, unloaded by hand. Reassembly requires basic skills, minimal cutting required.

Add 30% for Red Cedar option, Red Cedar D log wall cabins interior floor, loft, roof sheathing and interior trimmed in Eastern White Pine

BELOW; is our 12' x 26' Cedar Cottage Split level Display Model, with 4" X 6" Cedar D log walls, delivered as a half kit, partially assembled, then we install the 12/12 Pitch roof with interior loft, resulting in 6 1/2 foot height clearance to the ridge beam, shown with Sikkens Cetol exterior Teak colored stain
